About me

Dr. Christine Walser

Born on 2 May 1972 in Vienna, married, mother of three. For nearly two decades I've accompanied women through every phase of their lives — with medical care, personal attention and an honest sense of what you actually need right now.

The WHO defines health as a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being — not merely the absence of disease. I work to that broader standard, and I keep training continuously so you receive the best possible care.

Information

What is a private doctor (Wahlarzt)?

I work as a private doctor (Wahlärztin) — that means I don't have a direct contract with Austria's public health insurance. You pay for the consultation directly after your appointment and submit the invoice to your insurance, which currently refunds about 80 % of the equivalent public tariff.

What you get in return: significantly more time per appointment, short waiting times, and consistent personal care. Most private supplementary insurance covers the remainder.

If you're unsure what your insurance covers, give us a call — we'll walk through it honestly.
